Position: Visual Design Lead
Key Requirements
  • Ability to understand business information / data and visualize online design solutions as per client strategy; understand client communication needs, prepare storyboards and deliver creative solutions through corporate websites, e-newsletters, apps, intranets, content management systems and other online platforms.
  • Ability to work in Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, MS PowerPoint and other softwares to develop creatives for websites, web applications and other online user interfaces.
  • Good knowledge of UI best practices and software development technologies like responsive web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Ability to develop design solutions in close interaction with the coding & software development team.
  • Experience working in new design thinking styles like info graphics, fonts, data-visualization, icons, digital illustration based communication, etc. Should have an artistic and design viewpoint in life.
  • Corporate B2B design, financial design experience
Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate / post graduate in design from a leading design institute / school
  • Experience of 2-4 years in corporate B2B design or financial design
  • Candidates with more experience can also apply
