The client has one of its largest R&D centers outside its headquarters in the US. Set up in 1998 in India, the R&D center represents the company’s model of globally shared development for building its products and services. Empowerment by fostering innovation is a key organizational goal.

The Challenge

The customer had been doing cutting-edge research to bring technology innovations to people whilst evolving its core software products into cloud-based services. The R&D center wanted to strengthen its perception as a thought leader by showcasing innovative capabilities and futuristic advancements made by its engineers and research scientists in the fast-evolving world of technology. It was looking for a specialist content partner to collaborate with its business leaders and technology researchers and create thought-provoking long-form content.

An India-centric technology-focused blog was created for building thought leadership and showcasing the organization as a cutting-edge technology pioneer.
