Should have atleast 4-7 years of work experience in web/online design for corporate websites, online UI, print collaterals, annual report, csr reports and presentations.
Highly skilled and expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, MS PowerPoint.
Must have proven experience in employing color, type, illustration, typography, various print and layout techniques when designing.
Should be able to develop visual designs through personas, storyboards, mood boards, iconography, photography and illustrations.
Should be able to create style guides, brand guidelines, design specifications for the implementation team.
Should have knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design.
Should understand picture copyright laws and regulations.
Should possess a sense of urgency, ownership and responsibility towards work and ability to work around tight deadlines.
Possess a high level of enthusiasm, integrity and attention to detail.
Open to work in a small 8-10 member firm with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Detail-oriented with the willingness to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must have studied or proven experience in layout, design, and typography.
Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and organized. Should be inherently a team player, have the ability to listen to others viewpoint and bring in a sense of collaboration.
Should be working in a digital agency.
